What makes us different?

The thickness & quality of the plastic
This is a very important part of the telephone and represents a large
percentage of the overall cost. To save money, a thinner, less flexible plastic
could be used but this type of plastic is very brittle and likely to crack after a
period of heavy usage in a business environment.

The quality of the handset cord & other components
We always use the very best of components, most of them you can’t see but
the handset cord you can, like the phone it is made of a very high quality soft
plastic which is less likely to end up twisted into a very tight knot.

Amplified headset ports
The headset port on our telephones features a high quality, in-built, amplifier delivering the best possible audio, even on our most basic headset telephones.

Inductive couple in every telephone for hearing aid users
At Interquartz we try to cater for all needs, sometimes that means putting features into our telephones that many people do not want, but think how easy it is for your sales people knowing that if hearing aid compatibility is a requirement they know with confidence all Interquartz products will suit.

Double injection moulded keys - Numbers will never fade
Our numbers are not silk screen printed, which can fade in time they are
made of plastic, injection moulded into the button. Basically, like a stick of
Blackpool Rock the number goes all the way through and will never fade
away.

The Interquartz solution to this problem is specially designed silicon rubber feet that stick to your desk like glue and keep the phone firmly in its place.
