New features for the ID Doorphone range
As the Interquartz ID range of Doorphones grows in popularity, they are being used in conjunction with an increasingly wide of telephone systems (PBX). Many of these PBXs are older models, whilst there is an ever-larger number of more modern phone systems that use newer "Voice over IP" (VoIP) technology.
In order to ensure that ID Doorphones will work on as many of these different systems as possible, we have now added some new programming options to allow installers to tailor the Doorphones' ability to detect engaged tones from many more PBXs. Connecting your Doorphone to your PBX aids productivity, as visitors at the door can be answered and let in from any telephone in the building. Staff do not need to leave their desk, so they can carry on working and visitors gain a better impression of your ogranisation as they are dealt with quicker and more efficiently.
